Active monthly subscriptions can also be cancelled directly from your dashboard at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund partial billing periods.
If a render failed, an upload stalled, or something in the app looks wrong, please include the URL you were on, what you were trying to do, the time the issue happened, and any error message you saw. Screenshots help a lot. The more context we get the faster we can reproduce and fix the issue.
For data-deletion requests, account removal, or any privacy question, email hello@room-viz.com from the email on your account. We will confirm and process the request and let you know when it is complete.
