By accessing or using RoomViz at room-viz.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and RoomViz.
RoomViz provides AI-powered room redesign and paint color preview tools. You upload a photo, choose a style or color, and the service generates a visualization. Outputs are visualizations and inspiration, not finished design plans, constructable specifications, or professional recommendations.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@room-viz.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
RoomViz sells one-time credit packs and recurring monthly plans through Stripe. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund partial billing periods or unused credits, except where required by law. Prices may change with prior notice.
You agree to upload only photos that you own or have permission to use. You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to scrape or reverse engineer it, resell access to it, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use it to generate content that violates third-party rights or applicable law. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Outputs from RoomViz are AI-generated approximations. They may contain visual artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected elements. Outputs are not professional design, construction, or color-matching advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any decision you make based on a visualization.
You retain all rights you already have in the photos you upload. Subject to your compliance with these terms and the terms of the underlying AI provider, you may use the generated outputs for personal and commercial purposes. The RoomViz name, branding, software, and site content remain our property.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet any specific need.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoomViz's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the greater of the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred United States dollars. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service for violations of these terms or for behavior that creates risk to RoomViz or other users. You may stop using the service at any time and cancel your subscription from your dashboard.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which RoomViz operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
